POPZone Shipping Policy
POPZone is operated by Safe Digital Holdings LLC, a company registered in the United States. Products are dispatched by our supplier from Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, to customers in the United Kingdom. The dispatch address is 7350 N Dobson Rd, Ste 104, Scottsdale, AZ 85256, United States. This supplier dispatch location is separate from our registered office.
UK delivery options and total delivery times
- Standard delivery: £3.95 — 8 to 11 business days in total.
- Express delivery: £4.95 — 6 to 8 business days in total.
- Free delivery on orders of £60 or more — 9 to 15 business days in total. Standard and express delivery remain available at their stated prices.
These estimates run from order confirmation to delivery and include order processing, any personalisation and transit. Do not add a separate processing period to these total delivery estimates. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Processing and personalisation
Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Any production or personalisation is included within the total delivery estimate for the option selected at checkout. The order cut-off time is 17:00 London time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders received after the cut-off are counted from the next business day.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order has not arrived within the total delivery estimate for your selected option, contact support@popzone.com with your name and order number.
Customs and import taxes
All UK prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable. Customers will not incur additional customs fees or import duties upon arrival. Only the delivery charge shown at checkout, if applicable, is added to the product price.
